Drava Apartment
Quick Facts:
• Area: 160 m²
• Location: Plovdiv, Bulgaria
• Year: 2025 (Ongoing)
• Phase: Detailed Design / Execution
Challenge:
Transform a compact apartment into a calm, contemporary living environment that balances intimacy with openness.
Solution:
Mind Design reconfigured internal flow to maximise natural light and connection between spaces. A restrained palette of stone, wood, and soft textiles creates visual continuity, while curved junctions and concealed lighting introduce a gentle rhythm throughout.
Result:
An immersive residential interior that feels fluid, warm, and quietly sophisticated — a modern sanctuary in the heart of the city.
Drava Apartment embodies Mind Design’s Crafted Intelligence ethos — where craft, material, and digital precision converge to shape clarity and comfort.
The design embraces natural tactility and spatial softness, achieving an atmosphere that is both urban and serene.
Light is treated as architecture itself — diffused, reflected, and layered to amplify the apartment’s sense of calm expansion.
Minimal yet emotive, Drava Apartment offers a refined expression of contemporary living.
